All programs are filled on a first come, first served basis and require pre-registration. All programs are subject to cancellation/change and are limited to space availability. House of Dance will determine the need for class cancellation based on registration received one week prior to the start of class. Participants are encouraged to register early. Weather cancellations can be obtained by calling the studio at 301-373-6330.
How To Register:
WALK-IN – Complete the registration form and bring it the studio at 24620 Three Notch Rd, Suite 102, Hollywood, MD 20636. There will be special times posted for Walk-In Registration. Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Payment is due at the time of registration. Payments can be made by cash, check, money order, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover)
BY MAIL: - Send completed registration form with a check, money order or include your Visa, MasterCard or Discover card information. Mail to : House of Dance, 24620 Three Notch Road, Suite 102, Hollywood, MD 20636. A receipt will be mailed to you confirming your registration.
BY FAX – Send completed registration form. Include your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card information, and fax to 301-373-6325. A receipt will be mailed to you confirming your registration.

, in the Amount section – put the price of the class and in the “Message” section put your Full Name, Address, Phone number, Title of Class(es) and Level. A confirmation email will be sent confirming your registration.
CREDIT CARD over the phone: You can register and pay for classes with a Credit Card over the phone. Call the studio line at 301-373-6330 and provide your Credit Card Information and the class that you want to register for. We will send you an email confirming your registration.
House of Dance Refund Policy
- A full refund may be obtained if House of Dance changes the location, time, or date of the program which prohibits attendance, or if the studio cancels the program due to insufficient registration. Refunds will be mailed within two weeks of cancellation.
- In case of medical problems verified by a doctor’s certificate, a full refund may be obtained if a written request is received in writing prior to the start of class.
- A refund may not be obtained if registrant attends more than one class or session
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Studio Director
